​Hey, girl, hey, wake up, it’s going to be a magnificent Monday. Today, the start doesn't matter; what matters most is how you finish. What have you started and failed to finish? What are you waiting for to take the next step? What keeps you from moving forward? Sis, all you have is right now. You have been distracted, unmotivated, fearful, and so much more. What’s the worst that could happen? Sis, the end of a thing is better than its beginning. 

Keep moving! Stay focused! Be encouraged! Stay in the journey of life! It’s up to you, but I pray that you would believe in your vision for your life. I pray that you would keep dreaming and never lose heart. I pray that you would remember your why and the way someone else is waiting on your yes. Don’t delay what God wants to do in your life. Happy Monday! It's the start of a new week. Instead of being critical of the young woman beside you, walk alongside her in this journey. Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes she needs you to whisper s prayer on her behalf, she needs a hand to hold, a shoulder to cry on, or a listening ear. Don’t forget you were once in the seat they are in. Be the woman you needed as a young woman while you were navigating life. Be the woman who is available to be there for a woman who is overwhelmed by the journey or celebrate her accomplishments on the journey. Seasoned woman, the world needs you. The woman worried about her kids' needs you. The young mother trying to figure it out needs you. The young woman struggling in her marriage needs you. The young single mom needs you. The young college student needs to hear your story and your honesty. ​

Sis, this world needs your love and your wisdom. But keep your conversations gentle and nonjudgmental. She doesn’t need another reason to turn and walk away, give up, or be wounded in her vulnerable state. Remember to speak in love and show up in love. To the seasoned woman, we need you more than you realize. Be the reason someone feels encouraged and inspired to keep going. To the young woman, be willing and open to hear her words of love and kindness. The seasoned woman has good intentions, but others have not always been gentle with her. She gets it now and knows that another woman is waiting to hear her story and receive her encouragement. 
Listen, this journey can be challenging, but seeing women encouraging other women is just the inspiration the world needs. Will you be that woman today? May your day be as amazing as you are, and always remember that you are loved. Until next time…Lady T🩷

​Hey, girl, hey! It's another Winning Wednesday! Today, this message is for my mama friends. Keep praying for your kids. I know it can get hard. I know you may be frustrated. I know you may be overwhelmed. But sis, don't forget you were once their age. Don’t forget they have to grow and mature as well. Don’t stop praying for your children. Gods can do it quickly, or it may take a little longer. Either way, God has not forgotten what He has spoken to you about your kids. God wants to give them  hope and a future. Their path may not be your path for them. But God is with them. He just loaned them to you for the nurturing part. Sis, keep praying for them. Keep fasting for them. Keep speaking life into them. Keep showing up for them. Keep encourageing. Keep being the mom that God created you to be. Don’t doubt, pray for them. Don’t walk in fear, pray for them. There is so much more to the Aries of your child. God is not down with you yet. You have come a long way. May your day be as amazing as you are, and always remember that you are loved.
