Happy Friday! Sis, we made it through another week. Even though it was a short work week, it seemed like the longest week ever. Maybe it was just me.
Today, stay focused. Keep the goal on your mind. Don’t lose sight of the goal before you. Don’t allow what you see before you make you forget the promise. Don’t let people talk you out of it. Don’t allow doubt and fear to crowd your mind. Sis, stay focused. Some woman somewhere is watching you and feel inspired. Sis, trust me they are watching. Tell them it wasn’t easy, but with God all things are possible. Don’t allow your overthinking to get in your way. Sis, you are that woman. Don’t allow yourself to doubt what God has promised you. Sis, it’s grinding season! You have to stay focused and you can’t give up too soon. May all of your eventually moments remind you that there are still goals remaining to crush. May you be inspired on what you feel is your hardest day to never lose sight of what’s before you. My sister and my friend, you are destined for greatness! Why? Because greatness resides in you. Always remember that you are loved. Until next time….Lady T

Girl, wake up! It’s another Winning Wednesday! Today, go where you are loved and appreciated. Too many times we deal with and put up with more than we should. You deal with people who don’t care for you and you show up knowing that’s not your tribe. Take pride in the love you have for yourself and show up where people love you, appreciate you, cheer for you, care for you, celebrate and most of all pray for you. Life is too short to be tolerated. Some of us are in a season of being intentional about our peace and space. Go where you are loved. Go where you are appreciated. Don’t allow them to irritate the peace and love you have within. Sis, you deserve love. You deserve every good thing this life has to offer. May today be filled with sweet reminders of why where you go and who is in your circle matters. Always remember that you are loved. Until next time…Lady T🩷
Happy Monday! May your Memorial Day be filled with honoring those who have served our country and are no longer with us; great food; family fun, creating memories; and resting. Take the day to enjoy and relax. May your day be as amazing as you are and always remember that you are loved. Until next time…Lady T🩷Happy Friday! Sis, we made it through another week. Today, live a life full of love. Life can get hectic. Life can get hard but don’t forget to live your life filled with love. Love is what makes a home. Love is what makes the difference. I know you are out here building an empire. But while you are building make sure love is in the mix. Not only love hard but create a legacy that your children and future grandchildren will be proud of. Allow them to celebrate you while you are here, and speak fondly of you when you leave this world. Don’t get caught up in building an empire that you forget to create a legacy that your family would be proud of. Leave them better and not bitter; Leave them encouraged and not discouraged; Leave them loved, and not traumatized; Leave them financially sound and not financially broken; Leave them prepared for the future and not afraid of the future; Leave them mistakes and lessons learned from the mistake because none of us are perfect; Leave them peace and not chaos; But most of all leave them Jesus….May your day be filled with sweet reminders of living a life full of love and creating a beautiful legacy that future generations will share. Always remember that you are loved. Until next time…Lady T
Girl, wake up, it’s Winning Wednesday! Today, I came to remind you of some important things about yourself…
You are…. Kind Beautiful Enough Intelligent Important Favored Loved Capable Courageous And so much more. But most of all you are graced for the life you live; the impact you make; the encouragement you give; the reassurance you bring; the confidence you show up with; your determination to never give up; your smile that brightens the room; the love you give to everyone you meet; and walking in your purpose filled life. Walk today knowing you are enough without doubting or second-guessing the woman you see in the mirror. Always remember that you are loved. Until next time….Lady T Happy Monday! I pray that your day is off to a great start. Today, I want you to know I see ya! You have grown, you have cried, you have labored, you have almost given up, you have persisted, but you never gave up! For that, I am so proud of you. You didn’t allow the setback to hold you back. You didn’t let the detour stop you. You showed up and never gave up. You didn’t allow your anxiousness to take over. You encouraged yourself in the Lord. You persisted because you knew that God wouldn’t leave you. You held onto the promise until you saw manifestation. The laughter didn’t stop you; the chatter didn’t stop you; the weariness didn’t stop you, but you kept going. If no one sees you, just know that I see you. You will make it. You will succeed. You will crush every goal. You will never fold under pressure. You stood firm in your faith and continued to pursue excellence. Sis, I see ya! Keep shining bright like the diamond you are! God has so much for you, but you just have to get through the test, through the trial, through the heartbreak, and so much more. Remember God is preparing you for greater. May your week be filled with reminders that you are seen in this world. Always remember that you are loved. Until next time…Lady T
Dear church girl,
I apologize for the hurt that you are currently experiencing and have experienced, while in the church. I apologize: 1. For the times you showed up and no one saw you. 2. For the way they ridiculed and treated you for having a baby before marriage. 3. For the older lady that spoke to you from her broken place and not her healed place. She hurt you because someone hurt her. 4. For the times you shared in prayer, and they used it against you to gossip about you. 5. That you are not free to be who God called you to be because of past hurt. 6. For male and female leaders that took advantage of you while trying to serve God’s people. 7. That some of your sisters in Christ made you feel less than. 8. That some of your sisters in Christ treated you differently because you did not have what they had. 9. For the times they spoke to you about your attire and did not lovingly speak to you. 10. For the church mean girl/girls that you had to deal with because girls act immature and not mature women of God. 11. For the times they told their side, and you never got to tell your side. 12. For how you were seated through worship service with tears flowing down your face and with a heavy heart and no one acknowledged you. 13. For the times they didn’t speak and treated you ungodly. 14. For the times you shared and felt judged. 15. For the people inside the church that hurt you. 16. For the times your voice was muted in the church. 17. For the times you felt isolated in the church. 18. For the times you were ignored and overlooked. 19. For the times they spoke ill against you, and you still showed up and prayed for them. 20. For the time you shared your vision, and they laughed in your face. My sister and my friend, I apologize for it all. I apologize that this and so much more occurred all while you were attending church trying to grow closer to God to live better, do better, and serve better. I pray that you will receive the healing that you need to be free and move forward. I pray you won’t let the trauma and the triggers be the reason you walk away from the church. I pray that you will walk in forgiveness and extend grace often. I pray for what you carry in your heart because you are longing for the apology you may never receive. I pray that you will be a better woman and not a bitter woman. I pray that you will be BOLD and COURAGEOUS. I pray that God will heal every wound. I pray that you will be free to move forward and be all that God has called you to be. In Jesus Name, Amen. Until next time…Lady T🩷 P.S. - Ladies, I encourage you to purchase the book Church Girl, by Dr. Sarita Lyons. Our women’s Church book club just finished the book and it is worth reading. Girl, wake up! It’s another Winning Wednesday! Today, I pray that you are winning in every area of your life. But I need you to take a moment today to reach back and encourage the heart of another young lady. Remember that time when you needed someone to encourage you? Well, today it’s your turn to remind her that she is not alone. It’s your turn to speak life into her. It’s your turn to tell her to keep going. It’s your turn to remind her that through it all God is with her. It’s your turn to encourage her to never stop dreaming. It’s your turn to remind her of her worth and what she brings to the world. It’s your turn to remind her that her voice matters. It’s your turn to remind her that she can do anything. It’s your turn to encourage her that even after the mistake, she can try again.
Today, be the reason another of young lady smiles. Be the reason she is encouraged to hold on just a little while longer. Be the reason she keeps showing up today and remembers to never give up. It’s your time and your turn to encourage the young lady you worship with, work with, workout with, or even the stranger you meet. This world needs amazing women like you to speak life to the next generation. And they won’t forget the words you spoke to them and they will be encouraged to do the same thing. May your day be filled with amazing ways you can encourage the young women you know and even the young ladies that you don’t know. Always remember that you are loved. Until next time…Lady T🩷 Happy Monday! I pray that your day is off to a great start. Today, wake up and believe God can still do it for me and you. Believe that greater is coming your way. Believe that the doctor does not have the final say. Believe that God can do exceedingly, abundantly, above all you could ever think or ask. Beeline that it’s your season for reaping. Believe that no matter what happens God is in complete control. Believe that God does not only believe in second chances, but He gives more than second chances. Believe that God’s word will not return void. Believe that God can still perform miracles. Believe that the favor of God will overtake you. Sis, there is still more than God wants to do in you and through you for His glory and for your good. Sis, you have what it takes. God is just waiting on you. But the question is, “Do you still believe?” If you are struggling ask God to help your unbelief. God can and God will do it for me and you. May your day be filled with sweet reminders of God’s love and grace. Always remember that you are loved. Until next time…Lady T
Happy Friday! I pray that your day is off to an amazing start. Today, I wanted to remind you how fabulous you are. You are that woman. You show up every day ready for the day. You don't allow life to cause you to be defeated. You walk with confidence. You may cry, but you wipe your eyes and pray for peace. You continue to make strides towards being a better woman. You never give up. You never allow defeat to be your portion. You never allow what you can’t see to deter you. You walk with pride. You exude strength and tenacity. Many wonder how you keep going with so much happening. You never settle for less. You know your worth and add the tax too. You don’t allow your past to define you. You use your voice to advocate for yourself and those around you. Sis, this is what makes you fabulous. This is what makes you the woman that you are today. In a world where people settle for being like others, you continue to stand out! May your Friday be filled with you and all of your fabulousness! Always remember that you are loved. Until next time!
