 Hey, girl, hey, just wanted to take a moment to thank you for reading my encouragement every morning. It’s been a joy to see the hearts of women strengthened, encouraged, and inspired to be the best version of themselves possible. I will be taking a break from posting in December. As my church, takes a much-needed break from social media. So, I’ll be back in January 2026 with more inspiration to keep your heart and my heart strengthened, encouraged, and inspired.  Good morning and Happy Thanksgiving Eve! Many of us are preparing to spend time with family and friends as we gather around the table on Thursday. But someone is dealing with grief as they read this post. That could resonate in the loss of a loved one, the divorce, the absent parent, the estranged child, and so much more. I need you to pause today to check on those who may be suffering in silence. Those who are cooking with memories in their hearts and tears falling from their eyes. Those who are devastated by life and how the grief seems unbearable most times. Those who are sitting at a table with an empty seat. Those who have worked hard to push past the pain, but it still hurts like it just happened. Those who had to depend on others for assistance this year. Listen, most days some of us do our best just to show up for the day. Today, don’t be so busy to reach out to that person whose load feels heavy and grief has overtaken their joy to do the things that use to make their heart smile. Be the person you would want someone to be for you. Call them, check on them, pray for them, love them, but most of all show up for them today. You never know when it’s your turn. In a world where uncertainty seems to drain the most confident person, check on those who check on you and show up for you. Even in the hard place, even in the grief, even in the tears, always remember that you are loved. Lady T🩷
 Happy Monday! I hope that your day is off to a great start. Today, I need you to pause and celebrate the woman in the mirror. You have overcome what others would have crumbled in. You continue to get up every day ready for the day. You have walked through some of the hardest seasons in your life, even some filled with traumatic experiences. You never stop believing in the woman in the mirror. There were times when there were more tears than smiles. There were times when you wanted to give up and should have given up, but you kept going. There were moments of uncertainty with your health, but God is a healer. There were plenty of days when you looked in the mirror and asked, “Why me?” Why do I have to walk this journey? Why does this have to be part of my story? Why are others jealous when I didn’t even ask for any of this?
But sis, celebrate the woman you see looking back at you. She is still persevering; she is still determined; she is still innovative; she is still standing; she is still loving and liking the woman in the mirror; she is still showing up; she is still smiling; she is still crushing every goal; she is still an inspiration to many; she is still here and she is still evolving in a better version of the woman she always dreamed about. Sis, keep celebrating who you see in the mirror. She may not be all that you want her to be, but thank God she is not who she used to be. She has grown and her faith is steady. Sis, keep showing up for her and never give up on her. May your day be filled with sweet reminders of victories big or small that you keep reminding you that you are an overcomer. I don’t know who spoke negatively to your hopes and dreams. I don’t know who told you to give up. I don’t know who laughed in your face and behind your back. I don’t know what they said to try to diminish your character. But, girl keep going! Keep pressing. Keep showing up because God is not done with you yet! There is so much more to your story.  Happy Winning Wednesday! I pray that your day is off to a great start. Today, just sit for a moment and inhale and exhale. I know it’s been hard. I know it’s been heavy. I know you can’t figure it out. I know it’s overwhelming. I know the grief keeps showing up. I know the hard conversations cause you to be fearful. I know the next is scary. I know you went to bed crying and woke up crying again. I know that it is hard to find your way.
But, let me encourage your heart. I do know that all things are working together for your good. I do know that God sees you, hears you, and most of all loves you. I know there is nothing that you will do to separate His love from you. I do know that even in the hard seasons of your life, God covers you. I do know that God is greater than any battle you are facing. I do know that God is fighting for you and protecting you. I do know that it won’t always be like this. I do know that God sees all and knows all. Sis, even when life circumstances can make you feel like you are drowning, even in the midst of the storm God is throwing out a life jacket to save you and free you. But, my question to you is, “How bad do you want to get out?” The life jacket is there, but He is waiting for you to surrender. What does surrendering look like for you in the season? Today, whatever role of leadership you are in today or the years to come, I need you to lead well. You have others watching. You have others working in the background while you are leading. Make sure the leader is worth watching. Make sure your team would be proud to call you their lead. Make your words and actions display the love of Christ. Make sure you lead with character and integrity, because both still matter. Make sure that all that you say and do is done in love. Sis, check your feelings, emotions, and thoughts at the door. The people are watching whether you know it or not. Don’t allow your leadership to cause others to stumble or be a distraction. Make sure your leadership leaves a legacy and impact. Whatever seat you may sit in, lead the people well…May your day be filled with reminders that not only those who are leading are watching, but the world is watching too.  Happy Friday! We made it through another week! I am not going to run through the entire alphabet, but I need you to be heavy on the L’s today…
 Hey, girl, hey…Wake up, it’s another Winning Wednesday! Today, I don’t know what your “it” is. But, I came to tell you to keep going. Don’t allow what is happening to make you forget that God is with you. I don’t know what “it” is or how “it” makes you feel. But, I do know that our GOD is a keeper, a sustainer, a way maker, a heart fixer, a mind regulator, a friend, and so much more. Today, even if you feel overwhelmed, keep going. Even with tears in your eyes, keep going. Even when you are trying to figure out the next step, keep going. Even in frustration, keep going. I know you are thinking, “Why is she telling me to keep going?” Keep going because on the other side of “it”, is joy, peace, happiness, love, victory, and so much more. It cannot be like this forever, therefore, stay encouraged. Allow God to carry you through this season, because it’s too heavy for you to do all by yourself.
