Friday’s Encouragement

Girl, wake up! You made it through another week. Today, just be grateful that God remained consistent in your life. In spite of the times that we all messed up; made mistakes; said if God removed us, we would never do it again and did;  lied and backslid; been with people and in spaces that we had no business being there; we promised to do better; promised to read our Bible; promised to activate our faith, but in spite of all those failures, mistakes, mishaps, God still remained steady, faithful, and consistent. HE didn’t walk away like everyone else. 

​So, today while you are counting your blessings, stop to tell God, “THANK YOU.” For every time we were forgiven, for every time grace was extended; for every time HE gave us beauty for ashes; for the times we experienced heartbreak and God wrapped His loving arms around us; for every time HE carried us; for every time HE wiped every tear from our eyes; for every time we called HIS name in prayer. Walk throughout today with a grateful heart. Thank you, God, for never giving up on us and remaining constant in our lives. Always remember that you are loved. Until Monday………Lady T
