Hey, girl, hey! We made it through another week! Thanks be unto God! Stop making excuses and live your best life today. You make plans for others, but never yourself. You show up for others, but never yourself. You clap for everyone, but never yourself. You are the greatest cheerleaders for others but never cheer for yourself. You make travel plans for everyone else, but never yourself.

​Sis, it’s time. It’s time to book the trip, start the business, go back to school, write the book, teach the class, or take a leap of faith. Start showing up for yourself. Start loving yourself enough to take care of your physical and mental well-being. I need you to live. Live to dream again, believe again, love again, laugh again, dance again, sing again, and so much more. Sis, there is still more living to do. Don’t wait until retirement, don’t wait until life slows down, but do it today. Listen, I am encouraging myself as I write this for you. Love yourself enough to take better care of yourself.
