Monday Morning Inspiration

Happy Monday! It's the start of a new week. Today, whatever role of leadership you are in today or the years to come, I need you to lead well. You have others watching. You have others working in the background while you are leading. Make sure the leader is worth watching. Make sure your team would be proud to call you their lead. Make your words and actions display the love of Christ. Make sure you lead with character and integrity, because both still matter. Make sure that all that you say and do is done in love. Sis,  check your feelings, emotions, and thoughts at the door. The people are watching whether you know it or not. Don’t allow your leadership to cause others to stumble or be a distraction. Make sure your leadership leaves a legacy and impact. Whatever seat you may sit in, lead the people well…May your day be filled with reminders that not only those who are leading are watching, but the world is watching too.
