​Happy Friday! Girl, we made it through another week. I came to remind you that "YOU" matter to this world. Your smile, your style, your presence, your voice, your creativity, your leadership, and so much more. So, if you have been questioning whether you matter? I came to silence the noise and doubt in your mind and thoughts. I encourage you to show up as your authentic self. I encourage you to speak up for yourself. I encourage you to be the difference the world needs. I encourage you to laugh at the future without fear. This has become my constant reminder this year. I encourage you to continue to stand out, because you were never called to fit in. I encourage you to be the woman that the little girl of yesterday wanted you to be. Sis, YOU matter to this world. Keep showing up and never give up. Keep being a light in dark places. Keep being unashamed and unapologetic about what you believe. Dear, you were meant to sparkle. ​Happy Wednesday! I pray that your day is off to a great start. Today, sometimes we get caught up in the busyness of life that we forget to enjoy moments to create memories. Whether it's spending time with your spouse, your kids, your family, or your friends, don't let your busy schedule keep you from the important, impactful moments. Don't let what you think is important take precedence over special moments with your family and friends. Sometimes we get so caught up in the next project, closing the next deal, being and doing for everyone else that our families feel the absence of your hand, your heart, and your encouragement. 

Make creating memoirs a priority. Create traditions for your family. They need to see you at the recital, at the game, at the program, and so much more. Sis, stop and allow them to see you show up for them in new ways. Take the trip with them, go to the concert with them, laugh with them, hold their hands when it’s hard, hug them often, send encouragement, and pray for them. Listen, time is moving quickly. ​Happy Monday! I pray that your week is off to a great start. Today, don't worry about the storms, because even in the midst of the torrential rains, God has you covered. Yes, it may rain in your life. The storms may be heavy downpours. But, even in the midst of all of that, God’s got you covered. See, no one promised that your life would be free from rain. The storms increase your faith and faithfulness to God. Because the storm can't last forever, and there will be sunshine on the other side of it. So, hold on, put on your raincoat and rain boots. And even utilize your umbrella, because you are covered and the sun will eventually shine! Don't grow weary in the storm.  Stand firm on God’s word and His promises. So, why are you worried about receiving love from all the wrong places, spaces, and people? Why are you in search of validation from people, places, and spaces that don't love themselves? Why do you keep placing yourselves with people, places, and things that are not good for your spirit? What does your vertical relationship look like? What do your horizontal relationships with others look like? Sis, why are you focused on receiving horizontal love when your vertical love is perfect? God loves you in your imperfections, in your messes of life, in your broken promises, and so much more. So, smile today knowing God loves you.  Walk confidently today knowing God loves you.
