 Happy Monday! Girl, it’s the start of a new week! Today, what does your cup look like? Is it full or is it empty? Have you poured so much that your cup is empty? Or has your cup been filled, and are you ready to take on the day? Truthfully, we don’t recognize when our cup is empty. We still pour from a dry place. We refuse to stop and slow down a little. What do you need to do today? What calls you that don’t need an answer? What email doesn’t need a response right now? What does showing up with a full cup look like?
Sis, it’s time to rest. It’s time to reset. It’s time to be quiet and allow God to minister to you. You don’t get the award for being superwoman. You don't get the award for being all things to all people. You are allowed to rest. You are allowed not to show up. You are allowed not to respond to the text. You are allowed to say, “I don’t have the capacity to do it today.” You are allowed to give yourself grace. You are allowed to hit the snooze button and rest a little longer. You are allowed fo say, “no.” Sis, check your cup today. Is it full or empty? Can you pour, or do you need to be poured into? Check on your friend who always pours; they may need you to pour into them. Today, I pray that you will either pour into those who need it the most or refill yourself.  Happy Friday! I pray that your day is off to a great start. Today, no long post is needed. Just know that God loves you. He will leave the ninety-nine and come and see about you. He will show up when everyone walks away. He will comfort you in your brokenness and minister to your hidden hurt and pain. Sis, God loves you despite it all.  Girl, wake up! It's another Winning Wednesday! Today, I encourage you to walk healed, delivered, and set free from the thoughts, issues, and things that keep you bound. Sis, you are healed! According to Mark 5:34, “And He said to her, 'Daughter, your faith has made you well.” Go in peace, and be healed of your affliction.” Sis, your affliction may not have been 12 years, but what are you carrying? What do you need God to heal you from? You have said you are healed, but still show up defeated. Still show up worried about the diagnoses. It's the testing of your faith. A faith that hasn’t been tested is a faith that can't be trusted. Thanks, Pastor D.
Show up today as if you were delivered from people, places, and things that were sent to destroy you. Be delivered from the things you carry in your heart. Delivered from the thoughts and stuff you tell yourself. You need to believe, do the necessary work, and show up as the delivered woman you are. You are set free! Free from your past, your mistakes, your guilt, your shame, your secret sins, your insecurities, and so much more. Sis, whom the Son sets free, is free indeed. You don't have to keep showing up bound. You don't have to stay there. There is freedom in Jesus because of Calvary. As my sister ministered this on Sunday, I let it resonate in my spirit. #HealedDeliveredSetFree When will you walk in your healing? When will you be delivered from what keeps you bound? When will you walk in the freedom that has been given to you? Sis, today may you walk healed, delivered, and set free. What does your heart posture look like? What will be your response? Yes, you are the same girl with a different mindset. You don’t have time to be distracted. Your focus has shifted, and your mindset has changed. No longer settling for safe. No longer sitting in places and spaces that God never called you to be. No longer allowing distractions to cause you to lose focus. No longer worried about them, but focused on yourself. Focused on being a better woman and not a bitter woman. Focused on loving yourself better. Focused on speaking well of yourself. Don’t let their insecurities cause you not to show up as the woman God called you to be. Your light is shining bright on purpose and for a purpose. You have what it takes. You are more than enough. Cancel the doubt and fear, and affirm the woman you see in the mirror every day. Why wouldn't you affirm the woman you see? She is amazing. She is purposeful. She is resourceful. She is loved. She is seen. She is more than enough. Sis, don't you let them dim your light. Let them sit in their insecurities, and you keep being the woman God called you to be. You have been hiding in the background, but it’s time for you to come out of hiding and be in the forefront. You have encouraged everyone else. You have clapped for everyone else. You have been the intercessor for everyone else. But, sis, it’s your time to shine. God has seen your heart and your faithfulness. God will reward you openly for your private prayers and faithfulness. Girl, I am excited about your next. It’s going to look good on you. Perhaps, this is the moment you have prepared for. It’s your time to step out and shine like the diamond you are. Don’t forget how you arrived at this place. Don’t forget to stay humble. Sis, your future looks bright.  Girl, wake up! It's Monday! It's the start of a new week. Today, I came to remind you that God has not forgotten about the promises He made to you. Just because it is delayed, it does not mean you have been denied. God is still working out for you. I know you are wondering, “How long?” How long will it take? How long will I have to deal with this? Just know God sees you, hears you, and loves you. Sooner or later, it will turn in your favor. And when it does, don’t forget to come back and say thank you. My sister and friend, hold on. Be honest with God; let Him know how your heart is broken. Let Him know that the sickness is trying to take you out, but remember He is a healer. Let Him know you are trusting and depending on Him. Let Him know you are weak and you need Him to strengthen you. Let Him know that you believe His word and promises for your life. Sis, God has not forgotten about you. He has seen every tear, heard every prayer, and so much more. Today, would you release the fear and doubt that you carry in your heart? P.S. Sometimes our greatest struggle is believing that God can and God will. Just whisper, “Lord help my unbelief!”  Happy Friday! I pray that your day is off to a great start! Today, I need you to remember that you are more than capable. Capable of what, you may ask? Capable of living out your dreams out loud. Not for the world to see, but for you to remember that you are bold and courageous. To remember that you are God’s girl. To remember that God's strength is made perfect in our weakness. Most times, the greatest blessing comes after what you thought was the hardest season of your life. You are more than capable of being the woman God has called you to be. Don’t think for a moment you don’t have what it takes, because you actually do. When was the last time you leaped? When was the last time you believed in yourself? Today, believe in the woman in the mirror. Believe that even in a hard place, there can be something beautiful. God will give you beauty for ashes. God wants to restore your joy. Sis, don’t you dare think you are not capable? The test, the storm, the hard season, the desolate place, has prepared you for your NOW! Trust the process and believe that the woman in the mirror is capable, equipped, prepared, enough, beautiful, and ready for this moment.  Girl, wake up! It's another Winning Wednesday! Repeat after me, I won't allow the drama of yesterday to disturb my peace of today. Sis, we are ALL trying to make it. We are ALL trying to figure this journey out. Why would we sit in the chaos of yesterday? Why would we allow things to disturb our peace? Listen, every year, we are one step closer in age. At some point, we can't keep fighting the same battles. We can't say it's up to God, and pick it back up tomorrow. We can't be effective in ministry. We can't say a prayer, sing a song, teach a lesson, or even laugh at the future without fear with stuff in our hearts. The world is shifting. Earthquakes, rumors of war, unpredictable government, and shootings and killings. All I know is that life is too short, and we have too much happening inside and outside our homes to pick sides or even be involved in events, spaces, and dates that do not align with where God wants to take us next. Adjust her crown without telling us you did so.
Pray for her and never utter it again. Don't be petty, but be pretty. Life is filled with swift transitions. Because at some point, nothing really matters but the main thing. Life is unpredictable. It could be them today and you tomorrow. Don't let the hard days win. Don't give up too soon. Sis, hold on because we will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Keep living, keep loving, keep serving God, and keep being kind. May your day be as amazing as you are, and always remember that you are loved. Lady T🩷  Happy Monday! It’s the start of another amazing week! Today, I need you to get out of your own way. It’s not anyone else. It’s YOU! You are holding yourself back from reaching your full potential. You have created doubt and fear within your heart and mind. Sis, it’s a new day, and it’s time to start believing what God says about you. It’s time to tap into greatness. It’s time to fulfill every dream. It’s time to laugh at the future without fear. It’s time to start believing the woman in the mirror. It’s time to create the life you love. It’s time to go back and finish the degree. It’s time to write the book, start the business, lead the class, mentor the next generation, and so much more. Get out of your OWN way and get out of your HEAD! It’s the stuff you tell yourself about yourself that is not true. Today, breathe and do the thing you have been created to do. No more fear, no more self-doubt, no more low self-esteem, no more walking timidly. Sis, it’s time to be BOLD and COURAGEOUS! Walk today knowing that it’s already inside of you.
