​Happy Friday! I pray that your day is off to a great start. Today, what’s keeping you in that place? What do you need to let go of but are still trying to hold on to? Why does it feel so hard to do? Is it the fear of the unknown? Is it the question of the what-if? But sis, you will not know what letting go feels like until you do it. Don’t keep showing up at places and spaces where God told you to leave. Don’t allow loyalty to keep you from moving forward. Sometimes we become so loyal that we know we should leave, know we need to leave, and still show up miserable in a deserted place. 

Sis, I pray God gives you the strength to make the next move. I pray that you wouldn’t settle for safe. I pray that you will love yourself enough to know it’s time to move to the next place. I don't know who left you broken. I don't know who told you it won't get better. But sis, it’s going to get better. Don’t you dare give up! Hold on and keep showing up. You can’t stay in that place forever. You can’t give up too soon. Sis, you may be closer than you think. You may have heartaches and pain right now, but it can’t last forever. God keeps his promises. God loves you. God sees you. God cares about you. And your circle of friends refuses to leave you where you are. Sis, real friends want all of their friends to win!
