My Sister, Be Encouraged....
Happy Wednesday! This post will not be long, but I wanted to encourage my sister who feels like throwing in the towel and walking away. You are so much closer to the finish line than you think. Don’t give up now! You have no other choice, but to finish strong! Don’t allow the pressures and detours of life to stop or hinder your progress. God has equipped you for this! Strong finish, strong faith! Encourage another sister this week! She may need that extra push to let her know that she is stronger than she thinks. She made need to know that someone sees her. She may need to be reminded that she is loved. She made need to be reminded that God knows. She made need a prayer partner this week. She made need to know that she is an awesome wife, mother, sister, friend, a great role model and so much more. She made need to be reminded to trust God, lean not to her own understanding and in all the ways acknowledge Him and He will direct her path. Be that sister and encourager this week. Have an amazing week and always remember you are loved! Until Friday..............Lady T

Happy Monday! You, yes you have the power of influence. You can inspire others to become their best self. You may never be graced to be placed on a stage. You may never have a platform to share with hundreds, thousands or millions of ladies. But, always remember that you are an inspiration for a little girl that’s watching, a young adult struggling with her worth or even the seasoned women you interact with along your journey. They are admiring you from afar and thinking, if she can fulfill her dreams, so can I! My sister and my friend, they love watching you and are inspired by your ability to pursue your dreams! Be the woman this week who will inspire other women to become their best self! Remind them that are brave, beautiful and enough to pursue their dreams! Have an amazing week and always remember that you are loved! Until Wednesday....Lady T
Oh, Taste and See!
Happy Friday! Do you remember when God brought you out? Have you been shown the goodness of the Lord throughout your life? Do you have history with Him? Did He show you favor last time? Did He grant you peace the last time? My sister and friend, I encourage you to remember that last time you had a chance to taste and see the goodness of the Lord when life was hard and when life was good. All you have to do is remember what He did for you the last time and how He brought you out. So many times, we forget the experiences that we have with God. If you have tasted and seen the goodness of the Lord and remember that He was your refuge, you have no reason to doubt that God cannot do it again! I am personally grateful that I have tasted and seen the goodness of God’s power, strength and refuge in my life. Don’t allow the current situation make you to forget the past experience! Have an amazing weekend and always remember that you are loved! Until Monday....Lady T You Have Everything That You Need....
Happy Wednesday! Do you find yourself complaining more than being appreciative? Do you spend your days always wanting more? Do you realize you may not have everything that you want, but you have everything that you need? In this season, I pray that you would be grateful for what God has provided you and your family. So many times, we begin to compare our lives to others. We feel as though God is blessing them and has forgotten about us. Friend, God has made provision over and over again for you and your family. God has so many blessings stored up for you, but trust God’s timing and will for your life. I pray that you would truly see that you are better than blessed. Yes, you may not have the biggest house on the block, but God has provided shelter for you. Yes, you may not be working your dream job, but you do have a job. Yes, you may not have the latest car, but your car does work. God has given you everything that you need. So many times, we look at our material possession and feel that we fall short. Someone would love to be happily married, be in good health, have food, have clothes, have shelter, have a job and all the things God has blessed you with. Will you be appreciative for one more day of life? Who are you measuring your life against anyway? Trust that God’s will and timing is perfect. Don’t focus on what you want, but keep your focus on what has already been provided of you. Have an amazing day and always remember that you are loved! Until Friday....Lady T Happy Monday! Did you actually think they would be proud of you? Did you actually think they would appreciate the healed version of you? Did you consider them friends or associates? No matter what happens, girl, clap for yourself. Girl, you did a thing! Girl, you nailed it today! Don’t wait for others to clap for you when you can clap for yourself! The clap feels better when you do it anyway! Keep pushing and keep making strides. Be proud of where you have been and be grateful for where you are going! Girl, encourage yourself! Have an amazing day and always remember that you are loved! Lady T
I Still Believe!
Happy Friday! Have you lost heart? Have you grown weary on this journey called life? Did you feel like giving up just this week? Do you still believe you will see God’s goodness? Psalm 27 is favorite scripture and I absolutely love this verse of scripture. It gives me hope and I pray that it will give you hope as well! My sister and my friend, I came to encourage your heart this week. I still believe we will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. I still believe that surely goodness and mercy shall follow me and you. I still believe that God still hears our prayers and have seen our tears. I still believe there is work still for me and you to fulfill. Therefore, I encourage you not lose heart because I recognize and realize what He has done in my life. I know what you see on television and read on social media because I see it too. But I still believe that God’s word is true. I still believe that God’s word will not return void. So, because I believe in what His word says, I have no choice, but to believe that I will see His goodness. My sister and my friend, don’t lose heart and don’t give up on the journey. Be encouraged and still believe that you will see God’s goodness in the land of the living. Have an amazing weekend and always remember that you are loved! Until Monday...Lady T Our Childhood....
Happy Wednesday! Many times, we blame our childhood for our current mistakes in life. Yes, your childhood did impact your life. Yes, your childhood contributed to the person that you are today. But, when will you forgive your parents? When will you realize that some of our parents did the best, they could with the tools they were provided with? Many times, we are so busy pointing the finger that we never sit with them to ask them about their childhood and upbringing. Did you have the conversation with them? If so, do you realize the same fears you have, they had while raising you? When will you stop allowing your bitterness towards your parents prevent you from being free? So, it’s time to forgive mom and/or dad for not being there. It’s time to stop blaming them for ALL of your issues as an adult. At some point, you have to take responsibility for your own actions. Yes, they missed the pivotal moments in your life. But you have the present to build a relationship with them. Don’t allow bad judgments and mistakes prevent your kids from having a relationship with their grandparents. Don’t allow anger and bitterness with your parents prevent you from having relationship with them. I always say extend the same grace to others that has been extended to you. Do you know how many times you should have received backlash, but God extended grace? Do you know God saw you and knew what you did, but God extended grace? Do you remember you promised that you would never do it again and found yourself back again, but God extended grace? Do you remember when you were upset with your kids and had to come back and apologize for responding in anger, but God extended grace? It’s time for restoration of relationship between parents and children. If they didn’t do anything for you, be grateful that they created you. Don’t allow emotions to prevent you from moving forward. Your life has purpose and your life has value. Have an amazing day and always remember that you are loved! Until Friday..........Lady T Happy Monday! Girl, it’s time! It’s time for you do what you were destined to do. It’s your time and your turn! It’s time to believe in yourself. You have encouraged others, but the time has come for you to step out and encourage yourself. Girl, step out on faith! Walk in the confidence and believe Philippians 1:6, “being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;” Girl, you have work to do. You have a calling to fulfill. Somebody’s deliverance is based upon your “yes!” Don’t delay what God wants to do in your life. The leap will create new opportunities. The leap maybe scary, but the leap is necessary. The leap will cause you to believe again, if you have ever doubted! The leap will be worth it! Have an amazing day and always remember that you are loved! Until Wednesday.......Lady T
God’s Grace!
Happy Friday! Have you experienced God’s grace? Have you seen God’s power in your life? Have you confessed to God that you are weak? My sister and my friend, I came to encourage your heart today. God’s grace is enough. Grace is defined as, “the free unmerited favor of God.” It means you really don’t deserve it, but God extends it to you and me anyway. God’s amazing grace is simply amazing. The bonus of this scripture is that not only is God’s grace enough, but God’s power works greater in our lives when we admit that we are weak. My friend, you don’t have to be strong one to see the power of God working in your life. I encourage you this weekend to be thankful for grace, rest and allow God’s power to work in your life. Have an amazing weekend and always remember that you are loved! Until Monday.......Lady T Be The Woman....
Happy Wednesday! Be the woman who encourages another woman to live out her dreams; be the woman who is kind to another woman; be the woman who is not afraid to compliment another woman; be the woman who loves to mentor younger ladies; be the woman who is able to adjust another woman’s crown; be the woman who is a true friend to another woman; be a woman who knows her worth and won’t settle for anything less; be the woman who doesn’t compete with another woman; be the woman who is a girl boss; be the woman that you have always dreamed about as a little girl; be the woman who loves to see another woman win; be the woman who can be a listening ear, a hand to hold and a shoulder to cry on in confidence; be the woman who is simply amazing, but most of all be the woman that God has created you to be. Have an amazing day and always remember that you are loved! Until Friday......Lady T |
