Happy Friday! I pray that your day is off to a great start. How many times have you looked for man’s applause? How many times have you checked your likes on social media? Did you know that everything that you do should be for God’s glory and not man’s applause? Why? Because if you need man’s approval, it is not unto God, but unto man. Man is like to wind, which is tossed to and from. When you know your calling, all that matters is God gets ALL the glory! Never compete with yourself and others. Never do what you do for the approval of others. It’s much more rewarding when God received ALL the GLORY, honor, and praise. Happy Monday! Girl, be kind to yourself! You have extended kindness to so many other people. You have sprinkled kindness in every room that you enter. It’s time to be kind to you too! You have been hard on yourself lately. Whether you crushed the goal or came up short, be kind to yourself. Whether you started strong and have slacked off, be kind to yourself. We are so hard on ourselves when we stumble. We are so hard on ourselves when we feel defeated. Girl, square your shoulders, wipe your eyes, fix your clothes, your attitude, and encourage yourself. Happy Friday! I came to remind you that God gives renewed strength. I know what renewed strength looks and feels like. At your lowest, God shows up with renewed strength for the journey. I know what depletion looks and feels like, but I also know what renewed strength looks and feels like. On your darkest day, God shows up and your strength is replenished. You feel like you can go further in the journey. Depleted strength feels like a bad cold that lingers and every time you try to get up, you are just exhausted. God’s renewed strength feels like your body has been healed and your spirit man has been renewed. Thank you for God that you can look to you and feel renewed, replenished and refreshed. I pray that if you are exhausted or overwhelmed, you would receive renewed strength that only comes from the source of ALL things. On your strongest day and your weakest day, it is my prayer that you would know where your strength comes from. Happy Friday! Our pastor always reminds us that we are blessed to be a blessing to others. God didn’t give you the blessing to hoard, He gave it to share with others. When you bless others, you don’t have to brag for others to know. You don’t have to stand in front of people and share what you have done for others. I believe if it’s done secretly, God will reward you openly. May you find joy in being a blessing to others. Never use what you do for accolades, but do it all to the Glory of God. Happy Wednesday! I came to remind you that you are more than your clothes, your shoes, your make up, the bag you carry, and  the things you think you need to make you feel “put together!” Girl, your life is a story with some highs and some lows. You are so much more than your clothes. You’ve had losses. You’ve had moments where quitting seemed so easy, you’ve had pain, you’ve had moments of being overwhelmed, you’ve had fear, you’ve had restlessness, and so much more. 
 
Girl, your story doesn’t define you, but it has contributed to the woman that you are today. You have so much potential. You have so much to give. You have accomplished many great things. Don’t ever forget that these are small parts that make you who you are today. They make up the woman you are becoming! Don’t dismiss the hard parts and only share the glory of the story. You didn’t allow those hard moments to define you. You allowed it to be part of the sum total of you. You took the bad and it turned out for your good. So, girl, don’t ever be ashamed of the parts that make up the true essence of you. Enjoy becoming the best version of yourself!
