​Happy Monday! How many times have you been hurt and disappointed? You have supported people who have not supported you in return. You have prayed for them and even assisted them through the most difficult times in their life. But you are hurt because the same efforts, love and support were not given to you in return. Yes, it will hurt. Yes, it will not always be easy. It hurts you to lose the ones you love and those you thought would always be there for you. Guess what? It’s going to be okay. Everyone will not take the entire journey with you. Some of those assigned to your life are season, reason and lifetime. You have to be okay with that. Be okay with letting them go! Be okay with walking away! Know that it happens to us all. My sister and my friend, you will get through the hurt and the pain. Don’t allow them walking away stagnate your walk on the journey. Keep pushing and remember everything happens for a reason! Even when you cannot see it, trust and know that all things are working for your good. Happy Friday! I came to encourage your heart today. The word for today my sister and my friend is, “Rest.” I know it been hard lately. You mind is consumed by so much. You are physically present, and your thoughts are afar off. My sister it is time to rest. Rest in knowing that God is in control. Rest in know that God is all powerful and all knowing. Rest in knowing that God sees you, God loves you, and God is concerned about you. Rest is important. You cannot pour from an empty cup. You cannot operate from the residue of yesterday. I pray that this weekend, you would take time to rest. God said if you are weary, come. If you are heavy laden, come. God will give you rest. My sister and my friend, you are weary and tired, but God will give the rest that is necessary for the journey. May you weekend be filled with rest and rejuvenation for your spirit, soul, and heart. It’s Wednesday! This week many of us will express gratitude and thankfulness more than ever. I pray that thankfulness will not only take place tomorrow, but you will always have express thankfulness daily. God has been so gracious and so kind to us. God has brought us through a season, where we did not know when or if we could gather. God has made provisions for us and our family. God has healed our bodies and our broken hearts. God has restored what we loss and the things we thought we could not live without. God has allowed us to experience peace, joy and sustain our minds. I pray that you never cease thanking Him not only for the big things, but what we consider small things as well. The things like breath, activity of our limbs, another chance to make today better than yesterday, and so much more.  
I know many of us are spending time this week family. As we sit at the table, never forget how God has blessed you and your family. Never forget to maximize the time you are here. Never forget to forgive often, love intentionally, laugh often, breath when it is heavy and smile when it is hard. Life is precious. At some point, we must realize that is not about how much you can acquire, but what you do with what you have been given. 
For some families, there will be an empty seat at the table. If it is your family, then I am praying for your strength to make it through another holiday. If you know of someone, do not forget to check in on them. I pray that your tears will turn to laughter as you remember those whom you love and miss so much. ​Happy Monday! Don’t get weary! You are too close now. The test is necessary for the next chapter. The next chapter will give you clarity and understanding. But, right now withstand the test and make it through. You will have a greater appreciation for the next chapter when you make it through. I know it seems hard to endure. I want to you to remember you are more than a conqueror. I want you to remember God can and God will. Walk knowing that God will bring you through and God can bring you through. I pray for every broken woman today. Most of all I pray for the broken little girl inside every woman. There are so many women that mask the pain with a smile, makeup, pretty nail polish, cute clothes, pretty shoes and fabulous purses. So many of us are still broken from childhood; so many of us deal with unresolved issues; so many of wonder does anyone care; so many of us wonder are we enough; so many of us deal with insecurities; so many of us lash out at those who really care; so many of us are always judgmental; so many of us never give a compliment; so many of us want to give up; so many of us want to walk away; so many of us want to scream out for help.

God, I pray that you would speak to her heart today and allow your still voice to mend her brokenness. Please let her know that in order to be healed and delivered from her brokenness, she must first admit she is broken. After acknowledging her brokenness, let her begin the work of forgiveness. Forgiveness may not be easy, but it is necessary. Don’t allow the root of bitterness to take root in her heart.

Free my sisters from the opinions of others and free her from comparing herself to so many other women. What she doesn’t realize is the lady she is comparing herself to may be broken as well? I pray that she will allow God to mend her broken heart. God don’t allow her to be presented with a counterfeit and never experience real love. Let her find love, peace and joy in you. Let her be healed from past hurt, because she is more than her past. Let her love as you have commanded us to. Let her pray, live, love, laugh like every day is her last one! Let her live every day without regrets. God, I thank you that my sister is healed and will no longer be the same. When she sees another sister discouraged, give her words of wisdom to share with others. Let her never be defeated, because she is victorious. In Jesus Name, Amen.

But I came to remind you in case you have forgotten that you are more than a conqueror. Not because, I said it, but because God’s word tells us. With God walking with you, you can conqueror anything. You are victorious! Why? Because God has given you the victory. Get rid of the spirit of defeat and remember that you are a conqueror.
