 Happy Friday! I pray that your Friday has been as fabulous as you are. It’s been an amazing and busy first six months of 2023. As I take a break in July and refuel for the last part of the year, I must rest and take time off. Sis has been busy. I don’t know about you. But, it feels like life has been going nonstop. Listen, the encourager needs to be poured into and to be in a posture to be able to hear God’s voice, especially with my writings. So, I am taking the time I need in July.
There will be no posts from me in July. Listen, life is happening all around us. I pray that you will take time to spend with your family. Maximize time with family and create lasting memories that your family will remember in years to come. As you navigate the month of July, I pray that you would be committed to encouraging those who need it. Even the strongest person needs to hear a “Girl, keep going!”; “Girl, keep showing up!”; “Girl, this is not how your story will end!”; or even a “Girl, you are enough!” With all of that being said, I’ll be back on August 1st….Be amazing on purpose and always remember that you are loved!  My Safe Place…
Happy Friday! I pray that your day is off to a great start. My message is short today. Dear God, simply thank you for being my safety and my protection! May your day be as amazing as you are and always remember that you are loved! Until August 1st….Lady T Happy Wednesday! I pray that your day is off to a great start. It brings me great joy to share the word of God at home first. It brings me great joy when I see my kids reading their devotionals. I love it when they ask questions about God’s word. This challenges me to stay in my Bible. As my husband and I prepare them for life, the most important gift that we can give them is “Jesus!” It’s so easy to make time for our own agendas and our own reading that we don’t share God’s word with them. Life will hit them when we can’t be there, but I need them to know who is the greatest source. Sis, give them Jesus. Share the Word with them, pray with them, encourage their hearts, and even ask them about the message from Sundays. Listen, it will all be worth it. Don’t be so busy with life that you can't share the word of God with them. Be amazing today on purpose and always remember that you are loved! Until Friday…Lady T   Happy Monday! I pray that your day is off to a great start. Today, I don’t want you to focus on what looks impossible. I want you to focus on the promise God made you. It’s easy to focus on the negative and not the positive. Listen, I know the circumstances seem overwhelming. I know it looks impossible right? I know you are wondering when it will be your turn. Today, focus on what God promised you. Like, your latter shall be greater. Like, you are the head, not the tail. Like, you are above and not beneath. Like, God's promises are yes and amen. Like, the name of the Lord is a strong tower, the righteous run on and be safe. Sis, do I need to keep going? Don’t allow your clouded vision to make you doubt what God promised you. Don’t allow what you think to make you forget the promises God made you. Remember that God is a promise keeper. Be amazing on purpose today and always remember that you are loved!  God, A Healer
Happy Friday! I pray that your day is off to a great start. Today, I am grateful that God heals the broken-hearted and bandages our wounds. Remember that time when you were so broken you didn’t know what to do next? You didn’t have hope for the next day and not even your future. You didn’t think that God could heal you. Sis, but look at you now. Doing the work necessary to be the healed and whole woman that God wants you to be. Not only will He heal you, but those wounds that were so deep you couldn’t share with anyone. God is going to take that wound and bandage it so that the wound can heal too. See sometimes, when we have cuts and wounds, we have to bandage it up to start the healing process. Not only does God want to heal you, but He is willing to take the step to bandage the wounds so that the healing can begin. Sis, He is not going to leave you by yourself. Sis, you are not in this alone. Allow God to work on you, your heart, and the wounds in your life that need healing. Praying today for your healing! Always remember that you are loved! Happy Wednesday! We made it to the middle of the week! Listen, recently I realized the growth that has taken place inside of me. The things that used to worry me, now make me smile. Sis, don’t allow the small things to make you worry. If they don’t speak, keep smiling. If they don’t care for who you are, keep smiling. If they don’t approve of your life, keep smiling. If they don’t validate you, keep smiling. At this point in life, you have been through too much to worry about people, places, and things. At this point in life, it’s easier not to worry about the small things. Listen, small-minded people want you on their level. Sometimes the best thing to do is smile through it all. Worry causes stress and strain, while smiling lifts your spirit. Sis, just choose to smile today! Be amazing today and always remember that you are loved! Until Friday……Lady T  It’s Marvelous Monday! Sis, your joy is important! I need you to stay focused. I need you to keep going. I need you to not allow people, places, and things to steal your joy. I need you to refocus and reset. I need you not to allow the cares of this world to weigh you down. I need you to look forward and not focus on the rearview. No one ever moves forward constantly looking in the rearview. Sis, this joy that I have, the world didn’t give it and they can’t take it away. Because they can’t take it away, choose joy! Choose to think positively. Choose to keep going and never give up. Choose to walk as the head and not the tail, choose to live above and not beneath, and choose to be the lender and not the borrower. Where there is uncertainty replace it with joy and allow God to work on you and it while He is working it out for your good. Be amazing on purpose today and always remember that you are loved!  A Clean Heart…
Happy Friday! We made it through another week! Thanks be unto God! I pray that you would give God whatever is troubling your heart. I pray that you will allow God to create in you a clean heart. While He is cleaning your heart, I pray that your spirit will be renewed. Sis, man looks at the outward appearance, but God looks at the great. Make sure your heart service matches your lip service. I pray that you would allow God to work on your heart and renew your spirit today. May your weekend be as amazing as you are and always remember that you are loved! Until Monday….Lady Happy Wednesday! Yep, you made the mistake. Guess what? You don’t have to keep beating yourself up about it. You don’t have to live in the guilt. You don’t have to live in the shame of it all. Sis, choose to learn the lesson and keep going. Don’t allow a mistake to hinder your growth. Don’t allow a mistake to hinder your goals. Sis, it happened and it’s done. Learn the lesson, take notes, and the class is back in session. Don’t drop out too soon and don’t beat yourself too bad. Listen, we all make mistakes.  It’s Monday! It's the start of a new week. I need you to always know your worth. Don’t allow others to make you think you are not worthy to receive all that God has for you. Sis, don’t let them make you feel less than because you don’t have it. Don't base your worth on things. Don’t let them talk you into doing things and going places that are not God’s will for your life. It’s so easy to compromise. It’s so easy to fit into the norm. It’s so easy to just go with the flow. Sister friend, you deserve every good thing. You deserve to be loved! You deserve to live an amazing life. You deserve to be a recipient of God’s blessings. Don’t settle for less than. Don’t compromise who God has called you to be. Don’t allow them to prevent you from walking in your worth. Sis, know your worth and live every day that God counts you as worth it.
