Happy Monday! I know you may feel defeated, but keep moving. Don’t allow the hiccup to become your excuse. Don’t allow the misstep to become your excuse. Don’t allow the mistake to become your excuse. I need you to keep moving. I need you to know adversity makes you stronger. I need you to know that greater is He who is within than he that is within the world.

Don’t you dare give up now! Don’t you dare walk away from your goals now! Girl, dig out every goal. Girl, walk with confidence and determination. I am cheering you on. You are in the race of your life and I am here waiting to celebrate with you at the finish line. You are about to run through the ribbon. Even if you stumble, get up and keep moving. I am rooting for you. Yes, we can be proud of each other and celebrate others' accomplishments. No need to be jealous there is room for all of us.
