Friday Encouragement

​Dear God,
Today, I pray for my sister friend who may be overwhelmed by life. I pray that you will give her strength for the journey. I pray that she will not lose heart. I pray for the thing/things that consume her heart and her mind. I pray that whatever it is she will give it to you. I pray against the spirit of anxiety. I pray against the spirit of weariness and giving up. I pray that you will minister to her today. God, allow her to cast her cares upon you. Allow her to find rest in you. Allow her peaceful sleep when she rests tonight. Allow her to know that there is nothing too hard for you. Allow her to know she is seen and heard by the One who cares. Allow her to know there is safety with you. When the spirit of being overwhelming comes in like a flood, God speak to her mind and her heart. Give her sweet rest and peace that only comes for you alone. In Jesus Name, Amen.
