​You Are Loved....

My Dearest Friend, 
I want to encourage your heart this morning and remind you that you are so loved! I pray that you would know and always remember how loved you are. Most of your life you have been searching for love and trying to fill voids. You wanted to fit in with everyone not realizing that God had created you to stand out. You were desperate for love that you chose to allow others to do and say whatever. You were lonely and allowed various people to be disrespectful to you. You sacrificed so many dreams and goals because you didn’t want to face life alone. You have gone places where you should not have. You have done things you should not have. You have been caught up in conversation that you knew could be detrimental to you. You just needed to be loved.

You looked at your age and convinced yourself that your clock was ticking. Never realizing there was purpose in God’s timing and waiting. You allowed family members to make you feel insecure about life. Your insecurities showed up most days. However, you covered it with makeup, an amazing outfit, heels and a cute handbag. You kept moving because you thought it was the right thing to do. Never acknowledging your loneliness and need to feel loved. You were broken and desperate all along only wanting to be loved. You did things for attention, even if they were connected to someone else. You did not care. You just wanted to be loved. You allowed the fear of being alone to overtake your mind and emotions. My sister and friend, I pray for you today. I pray that you would love yourself first. If you don’t love yourself first, you will settle for people, places and things that bring you more harm than good. You are so worthy to be loved. You are so worthy to be treated like the queen you are. You are so worthy to enjoy the goodness of the Lord. You are so worthy to be loved and adored. You are so worthy to live a life that is fulfilled with dreams and purpose. You are so worthy to enjoy the blessings of God.

My sister and friend, it is my prayer that you would realize the perfect love that you are longing for only comes from God. People will let you down. People will never fulfill only what God can. People we love you today and cast you away tomorrow. Some individuals love is only based on conditions. God is the only one that will love you unconditionally. God is the only one that will love you in spite of all your imperfections. God is the only one that promised to never leave nor forsake you. God is the only one that has been walking with you all along. I pray that you would truly recognize and realize that you are loved.  I pray that you would experience what true love looks and feels like.
