Monday Morning Affirmation

Happy Monday! I am so proud of you. You overcame many obstacles, hardships, heartbreak, and struggles. Guess what? Girl, you were persistent and pushed through it all. I see your strength. I know you thought it was going to break you. Take a moment to think back when you thought it was over and you would not make it. Girl, square your shoulders, pat yourself on the back, look in the mirror, and say, “Girl, I made it through!” Never forget the resilience you showed in the past and don’t forget to tap back into it when life gets hard!
