​Happy Monday! I came to remind you that your voice matters. Do not let anyone or anything silence your voice. Your opinions matter, your thoughts matter, but most importantly, your voice matters. People will try to make you feel inferior. People will try to intimidate you. Whether you are degreed or not, your voice matters. Whether you have a big house or not, your voice matters. Whether you are part of the elite group or not, your voice matters. When you allow others to take your voice away, you may spend a lifetime searching or retrieving it back again.
