My Prayer for the Broken Woman..

I pray for every broken woman today. Most of all I pray for the broken little girl inside every woman. There are so many women that mask the pain with a smile, makeup, pretty nail polish, cute clothes, pretty shoes and fabulous purses. So many of us are still broken from childhood; so many of us deal with unresolved issues; so many of wonder does anyone care; so many of us wonder are we enough; so many of us deal with insecurities; so many of us lash out at those who really care; so many of us are always judgmental; so many of us never give a compliment; so many of us want to give up; so many of us want to walk away; so many of us want to scream out for help.

God, I pray that you would speak to her heart today and allow your still voice to mend her brokenness. Please let her know that in order to be healed and delivered from her brokenness, she must first admit she is broken. After acknowledging her brokenness, let her begin the work of forgiveness. Forgiveness may not be easy, but it is necessary. Don’t allow the root of bitterness to take root in her heart.

Free my sisters from the opinions of others and free her from comparing herself to so many other women. What she doesn’t realize is the lady she is comparing herself to may be broken as well? I pray that she will allow God to mend her broken heart. God don’t allow her to be presented with a counterfeit and never experience real love. Let her find love, peace and joy in you. Let her be healed from past hurt, because she is more than her past. Let her love as you have commanded us to. Let her pray, live, love, laugh like every day is her last one! Let her live every day without regrets. God, I thank you that my sister is healed and will no longer be the same. When she sees another sister discouraged, give her words of wisdom to share with others. Let her never be defeated, because she is victorious. In Jesus Name, Amen.
