This Life….

Happy Wednesday! I pray that your day is off to a great start. This life journey is filled with so many highs and lows. While journeying through it all, enjoy each part and learn every lesson. I have sat in the presence of others who portrayed sincerity. I have prayed for others who have gossiped about me. I have been lied on. I have been mistreated. I have wet my pillows with tears only to wake up and show up ready for the world. I have asked God why. I have buried love ones who were near and dear to my heart. I have people who have questioned my journey. I have wondered why me. I have wondered why not me.

But through it all, God has never failed me. God has shown up for me, even in my pain and fear. God has shown me the things I thought I needed; I really didn’t need. God has worked it out for my good. Listen, I know this life is filled with swift transitions. I know this life will bring you to your knees. I do know this life will get better, if you just hold on. No matter what happens in this life, you can count on God to be there walking with you through it all. My sister friend, just hold on.
